I know exactly how you feel, I have this problem also. However, writing every single day sometimes results in nothing but uninspiring drivel, this also can detract hits.

Which is better, irregular coolness or regular nonsense.
I tend to go for the latter :/

i mean, what’s a fan or a reader anyway? Someone who cares about what you write or just some prick looking for a reason to jump on your case? Posting about posting is the same thing as posting about being bored.

relax your mind, let your conscience be free, then write.

Haha, I think it is partially what it is. Why else would I post things up on the Internet for people to see? I WANT people to appreciate me, I WANT people to like to read my stuff — The thing is, that can be a double edged sword sometimes because I don’t think of interesting things as often as I would like to write — but then if I update often, then I won’t have the quality that I want in my writing — The latter keeps the hits coming in — but is that what I want? What kinds of people are reading? That’s the ish that I ask myself.

yea, i agree with john nuch, lol. you shouldn’t write just to keep your fans or hits around. if they really were fans, they’d stick around all the time. do you really care about the hits? heh, just wondering.. i mean i do too, sometimes. lol. i’m not critcizing. i guess you must really like the fans, if you’re doing it for them. hehe you’re like a rock star or something for saying you do it for the fans. =P

well don’t worry about being insightful.. if you were insightful all the time… you might get kinda boring.. or even petty.. it just shows that you’re actually normal… everybody has those blah days.. BLAH… hehe well… I was inspired to make my own blog because I kept typing in yours…. its not really good right now… I have to get my own server to do anything really kewl…but for now.. take care…. and please read my stuff? hehe ricepatti. is my name and the bubble is my game. ^_^

wow…you must really like to please your fans. that’s cool and all, but i’d kick back if i were you. no need to write about the deep stuff in your life if the inspiration isn’t present at the time. i’ve had plenty to write about, but i usually never get around to it cuz im busy doing other stuff…and it doesn’t bother me when i don’t get to post my journal stuff cuz im usually telling the people i wanna tell by chatting. then again, my website is nowhere near as popular as yours…but i dunno =\
