sometimes if i’m at a red and i see a cute girl. or really, if it’s red for quite a while (which probably happens more often than not in SantAna), i’ll be looking around or talking or something and not notice when it turns green.
however, i don’t think i’ve driven by an accident yet, so i don’t know about that. probably not though. i’d look, but probably only glance… unless i see a rather cute girl, lol. actually, i was cruising with my friend yesterday, and quite a few times he did something similar…
anyways, i’ve rambled. time to end the comment.

i blame the original rubbernecker. when one person first does it, it stops the traffic, cause everyone behind them gets frustrated and then when they see the event of interest, it seems only right to view what it was for having waited behind the other person while they were looking. its and evil yet addicting cycle 0_o
