For a while I am going to cut out all meat except for fish from my diet. If you see me eating anything that goes against this you are fully allowed to make me do 1 embarassing thing.

i did that for a while & let me tell u that it worked! it worked really well. but don give urself a hard time if u eat chicken once a month. ahhah ‘cuz.. chicken is too yummy! ahhah specially at BBQs
