Copyright is hard to prove, plagirism is even harder.You know what they say, “Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.”Perhaps there is better way to go about this business than to get worked up.Intimidation works, but rarely without some repurcussion.

I use a TX form from the copyright office to protect my writing. But all you need is proof of time and date to be a legal copyright. Yet, this doesn’t keep people from stealing, it just helps if you want to prove in a court case against them. I’ve never really shown my best literary material online yet because of that.
When you write as much as you do, the creative valve is automatic and will always be there. You become writing. You have to expect it to happen eventually. It’s happened to me and it’s happened to famous writers as well.

remember to make it hurt a lot. simple pavlovian conditioning… people will start to associate plagiarism with pain, so they’ll start doing less.i’m counting on you! but honestly, only because i’m too lazy to do it when it happens to me.

Why do girls imitate one another like this online? I’ve never seen a guy do it. The closest thing is deliberate spoofs where they are just bored and mocking the other site. Is it that devious boys just want to destroy, but devious girls just want to create? Even if imitation is a form of flattery (this girl must’ve like you, as a figure, even if she didnt respect you as an individual with an individual need to protect your creative works)…. as an artist, i cannot tolerate my stuff being jacked, either. Some girl turned a drawing of mine into an avatar and it spread all over LiveJournal. I practically had a heartattack, even though, in retrospect, i probably shouldn’t have cared. But still, haha.. felt the same as you and would’ve hired you to hack into her site and do a dick in the mouth to the chick that did it!! lol
