I want to be on reality TV

A while back my good buddy wu pleaded to the gods at Xanga through his blog trying to get a job at Xanga. They actually saw his blog and replied.

I’m trying the same thing. Maybe there’s some director out there, or someone who knows a casting director that will point them to this page?

Why do I want to be on a reality TV show?

It just seems like one of those things that would be fun to do in my life… Just to be able to say I did it. One of my friends was on Wheel of Fortune and I thought it was the coolest thing that all of us got together and watched him on the show.

Also, I’m a pretty good bitch.

That, and to me, it seems like a lot of reality TV shows have parts where you can talk shit about other people. It’ll be like I’m blogging but everyone will see me be a bitch instead of just reading about it =D

I’ve been taking a look at some reality TV show applications and they all ask for pictures… So here are some shots for you to send to your uncle that is a casting director for CBS:

real world cuz u dont have to do anythign except drink and party hahaha. road rules seem like too much work. i dont think i could be on soemthing like big brother and get stuck inside a house for that long without going crazy. survior and shows like that are way to crazy for me.

Um… If I *had* to be on a reality show, I’d pick… Erm… I dunno…. It seems like they set people up against each other no matter what show you’re on…. I wouldn’t mind being on the Price is Right, though. :-D

i’d want to be on either Real World or Martha Stewart Apprentice!! OMG the latter would be awesome, cuz i’m watching the current season, and all the candidates are such losers!! they must’ve gotten in the wrong line and thought they were in the Donald Apprentice line instead.. they’re all whiney babies that complain about baking cakes or designing interiors or decorating shit.. I would go with survivor. You could win a million dollars, no one watches it anymore, so if there was a stunt and something embarassing happens, you don’t have to sweat it. I think it would be fun to try… building a shelter and stuff. It would be like Swiss Family Robinson! YEAH!

i tried out for the real world two weeks ago and got a call back.  I’ve been meaning to write about how i pissed off the casting director during the second round of interview by mouthing off and asking him how he feels about being responsible for possibly one of the most retarded shows on tv. but I only tried out to see if I’d get a call back.  Reality shows are for insecure attention whores.

American Idol. Although I did try to get on it.. didn’t make it very far though. But it was an experience!! You should definitely actively pursue this is you really want to. Just sitting around won’t make it happen.I expect to see you on TV next year.

The Real World just seems like you are setting yourself up for one big orgy. You go onto the show, sleep with some people, make yourself look like a whore and you are famous. In the end you just become known as the whore from Real World Los Angeles or whatever city you are in. Not only that, but you also set yourself up for one rollercoaster of drama which I doubt anyone likes going through. But I’m sure you will find drama anywhere on any reality tv show. Also, what are the monetary benefits of being there? Personally, I would aim for something that I could cash in on just because I’m a money grubbing kind of person. :D

I’ve always secretly wanted to be on Hollywood Squares – but not as one of those lame-ass contestants who cry when they win the car. I want to be one of the celebrities in the tic-tac-toe boxes, who make bad sexual jokes that the audience kill themselves laughing at.
I’d also love to do Survivor, but I am a total wimp, a total bitch, and I hate nature, so I’d be eliminated first.

Next year I plan to be in the Miss USA pageant, which that could be qualified as reality TV, right? Well if I were to be on any other one, I would first want to do it for the thing it is that it is, not just for the fame or attention. If you want to be on reality TV for fame or attention, then you suck. Anyway, I’d like to be on something that takes talent or skill, like American Idol, America’s Next Top Model, or maybe Fear Factor. I would try out for Top Model because I found out that I have the exact look they go for, only I am shorter than what they want, so that kinda sucks. Oh well. Miss USA will do just fine. Be watching for me as Miss Indiana.

Definately fear factor. They never have women with less than a C cup, and you totally spend a night in a hotel room right next to theirs.
